Once this information is submitted, a PUC staff member will contact you to set your in person appointment.

DORA Public Utilities Commission offices are open by appointment only. Appointments must be made no later than 3:00 pm the day prior to the appointment. Please continue to use remote services available online, the postal mail and/or email (see contact information below).  Need to visit our office in-person? The following is a list of possible reasons for scheduling an in person appointment with the PUC. Please use this list to assist you in selecting an option in the question that follows.

Consumer Complaint - I need an in person appointment with Consumer Affairs to help with:

Complaints for gas and electric service or billing (Xcel Energy, Black Hills, Atmos or Colorado Natural Gas.);

Transportation Complaints for taxi rides, Instate moving companies & nonconsensual towing concerns; or

Telecommunication Complaints (CenturyLink etc.) The telecom industry is unregulated but we will share your concerns with the company as a courtesy.

Transportation I need an in person appointment regarding PUC permits, vehicle stamps, application for towing authority, application for passenger carrier authority, application for HHG moving authority, or another transportation related matter that is not a consumer complaint.

Electric - I need an in person appointment regarding an Electric matter that is not a consumer complaint.

Rail/Transit Safety - I need an in person appointment regarding a Rail/Transit Safety matter that is not a consumer complaint.

Gas Pipeline Safety - I need an in person appointment regarding a Gas Pipeline Safety matter that is not a consumer complaint.

Other - I need further assistance on determining the option I select.
