Common Carriers
Common Carriers are statutorily declared to be a public utility and must serve the public indiscriminately. Common carriers offer scheduled and/or call-and-demand services, such as: taxi, sightseeing, shuttle, and charter services.
Please note that the filing fees for Common Carrier applications will be increasing from $35.00 to $36.00, effective November 1, 2025. Vehicle stamp fees will also be increasing, from $50.00 per vehicle to $51.00 per vehicle, effective November 15, 2025.
