  • Past-Due Utility Bills: Energy Outreach Colorado's Bill Payment Assistance Program offers emergency funds to eligible Coloradans. Learn more at their website or call 1.866.HEAT.HELP (1.866.432.8435).
  • Broken Heating System: Energy Outreach Colorado's Crisis Intervention Program (CIP) provides free emergency repairs or replacements for income-qualified households. Learn more at their website or call 1.866.HEAT.HELP (1.866.432.8435).
  • Disconnected or Soon-to-Be Disconnected Utilities: Contact your utility provider to discuss your options to prevent disconnection.
