R1 Rules of Practice and Procedure

The Colorado Public Utilities Commission follows State Administrative Rules published by the Colorado Secretary of State (SOS). The SOS compiles and publishes the administrative rules of Colorado's executive agencies in the Code of Colorado Regulations. Notices of rulemaking, proposed rules, new and amended rules, and Attorney General rules opinions are published twice monthly in the companion publication, the Colorado Register.
