Transportation Electrification Plan (TEP)

In 2019, Colorado enacted Senate Bill 19-077, establishing new requirements for electric public utilities to file with the Commission Transportation Electrification Plan (TEP) applications to support widespread transportation electrification, through investments, incentives, programs, and outreach.
