Xcel Files Electric Rate Case, Proceeding No. 25AL-049E and Natural Gas Rate Case, Proceeding No. 25AL-0538G

Public Service Co. of Colorado (PSCO), which operates as Xcel Energy in Colorado, filed an electric rate case application with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) on Nov. 21, 2025, and on Dec. 29, 2025, Xcel Energy filed a request with the PUC to adjust its natural gas base rates.
