Household Goods Movers
The PUC regulates household goods movers per title 40, article 10.1, C.R.S. and Commission rules. The Commission takes action against movers for: a) violating or exceeding the terms or conditions of the permit, or b) refusing to obey an order or rule.
The annual filing fee is $325. Household Goods Movers are not subject to the annual vehicle stamp fee that other transportation carriers must purchase.
Please note that the filing fees for Household Goods Mover (HHG) applications will be increasing from $325.00 to $332.00, effective November 1, 2025.
