911 Services Enterprise Board Members

The primary powers and duties of the 9-1-1 Enterprise are:

  • Impose a 911 Enterprise fee on service users in order to:
  • Distribute funding to governing bodies, Public safety answering points (PSAPs), statewide 911 organizations, or third parties for the benefit of governing bodies or PSAPs for purposes that are pre-approved by the Board

911 Enterprise Services Members

The 911 Services Enterprise Board consists of five members, appointed as follows:

  • Michael Berry of Dillon, Colorado, to serve as a representative of governing bodies with populations less than 200,000 people;
  • Amanda Buch of Commerce City, Colorado, to serve as a representative of governing bodies with populations greater than 200,000 people;
  • William Andrew Dameron of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a representative of governing bodies with populations greater than 200,000 people;
  • Matt Goetsch of Montrose, Colorado, to serve as a representative of governing bodies with populations less than 200,000 people;
  • Lynn Notarianni of Lakewood, Colorado, to serve as a representative of the
    telecommunications industry.
