Some of the comments The PUC has received about how to implement Senate Bill 21-272 (which requires the Commission to address equity across its work) have encouraged the PUC to improve the educational materials we make available to the public.
Based on this, the PUC is inventorying what is currently available as well as what kinds of educational materials public utility commissions provide in other states. We would like to hear from you about what would be most useful to you as you interact with the Commission.
