The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) maintains an electronic filing system to locate Interconnection Agreements between Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs) and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs).
To access all Interconnection Agreements, Search the E-Filings system at https://www.dora.state.co.us/pls/efi/EFI_Search_UI.search and use the Document Type "Ica Agreement" (as shown in the image below).
