Dec. 3, 2025 ~ The Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC)’s Office of Rail Safety, together with several state agencies, shares the following update on the overnight derailment of a Union Pacific train outside of Grand Junction.
November 25, 2025 - The Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) opened Proceeding No. 25AL-0494E for Xcel Energy’s electric rate increase proposal, which was filed with the Commission on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025.
November 24, 2025 - The Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is committed to informing and engaging the public in the matters before the Commission, and values perspectives from impacted community members, which is critical in decision-making.
